Paul Daniel Lucas is a composer and sound designer from West Cumbria in England, now residing in Scotland.
As a self-taught musician, he began a his sound career as a location recording assistant before moving on to graduate from Falmouth University with a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Creative Songwriting.
He proceeded to complete an Mdes in Sound for the Moving Image at the Glasgow School of Art, while freelancing as a sound designer and composer with Audiodrome Design.
As both a music and film fanatic, Paul takes a narrative and textural approach to all of his compositions and design work.
In April 2022 Paul received one of Sound and Music’s Covid-19 Composer Awards:
